PLEASE NOTE :

These are not my writings.
I have simply compiled the following information that has been referenced from various sources:

Tom Wright
and Apostle Robert Henderson

MODULE I – Introduction

* Who – Is involved in the Heavenly Courtroom?
 * What – Is the Heavenly Courtroom?
 * When – Do we have access, or can we enter in?
 * How – Do I get to the Heavenly Courtroom, How do I act, How is this possible?
 * Why – Do I have to go the Courtroom, Why haven’t I heard about this before?

Who

 Who’s involved with this?

Today, many people are involved with the Courtroom(s) of Heaven!
 * I didn’t make this up, and I didn’t create this; this is not my revelation, however, I have added some additional perspective, thus making this “my” thesis!
 * Some of the most notable ministers/ministries bringing this forth are Apostle Henderson (from Texas), Tom Wright (in Southern California) and Sons of Thunder from New Zealand are revealing to the Body today!

 * From a biblical perspective, it’s been around since the beginning of time, and it’ll still be around in eternity!

In a typical Courtroom setting, you have:

* A Judge or Magistrate or Mediator
 * A Lawyer orAdvocate (both sides)
 * A Witness orTestimony (both sides)
 * A Plaintiff (aperson who brings a case against another in a court of law.)
 * An Accuser –someone who brings a charge or claim against another
 * A Defendant (aperson, company, etc., against whom a claim or charge is brought in a court(opposed to plaintiff))

Interestingly we have the Trinity fulfilling all three of these requirements:

YHVH Father God – Judge (mentioned 170 times in the Bible)

* Genesis 18:25 – That be far from thee to do after thismanner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should beas the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

 * Hebrews 12:23 – Tothe general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect…
ADONAI God the Son – Advocate & Mediator-

* 1 John 2:1 – My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father,Jesus Christ the righteous..

 * Gal_3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Gal_3:20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

 1Ti_2:5 For there isone God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Heb_8:6 But now hathhe obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of abetter covenant, which was established upon better promises.

Heb_9:15 And for thiscause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for theredemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, theywhich are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

Heb_12:24 And toJesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, thatspeaketh better things than that of Abel.

RUACH Spirit of God – Witness –

* John 14:26 – But the Comforter (Comforter = intercessor, consoler, advocate, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in myname, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

 * John 15:26 – Butwhen the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even theSpirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: John15:27 – And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

Satan – Accuser

* Rev. 12:10 – And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven,Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the powerof his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused thembefore our God day and night.

In a typical Jewish community there are legal systems in place that mirror Heaven’s Legal System:
On Earth it’s called a Tsdekkim = “Ten Righteous Men”

A Bench of Three (3)called:
Beth Din (B D) =House of Judgement/Justice – is a rabbinical court of Judaism
A Beth Din is a seat of three (3) major Ruling Chairs on alegal matter

On a typical Preceding, you’ll find:
1. Av (Ab) Beth Din – “FATHER” of the Court – the final“Say-So”
2. Rosh Beth Din – “HEAD” of the Court
 3. Chaver Beth Din –“FRIEND” of the Court – the Mediator
 4. The number “3”means “whole”, “complete”, or “full” (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner – Morning,Noon and Night – Egg Yolk, Egg White and Egg Shell, etc. etc.)
Then you’ll find aBench of Seven (7)
* Seven = “End” or “Complete”, Perfection, “Kingdom” orinfinity
 * These seven (7)seats are arranged in front of the Bench of Three, and work with them (BeitDin…), in ruling on verdicts before the Court.
 * So when you have the Beit Din“3” meaning whole or full, plus “7” meaning end or complete, that equals “10”(Yod) which equals Power, authority, rule = government.
 * So when you takethe “10” – Yod,and add you and your spouse or friend or? that equals “12” which is “DivineGovernment.
 * [sidenote: For a Beth Din to be established you had tohave at least 120 registered citizens.]
A beth din [bet ˈdin] bet din, beit din or beis din (Hebrew:בית דין, "house ofjudgment"; plural battei din) is a rabbinical court of Judaism. In ancienttimes, it was the building block of the legal system in the Biblical Land ofIsrael. Today, it is invested with legal powers in a number of religiousmatters (din Torah, "matter of litigation," plural dinei Torah) bothin Israel and in Jewish communities in the Diaspora, where its judgments holdvarying degrees of authority (depending upon the jurisdiction and subjectmatter) in matters specifically related to Jewish religious life.

What?

 What is the Heavenly Courtroom?

* A better way of doing intercession.
 * An easier way of doing intercession.
 * Greater way of getting results in intercession.
 * A safer way of doing intercession
 * A place to have long lasting effects of doing intercession
 * Resolving conflicts in a spiritually legal atmosphere.

Three hidden gems regarding Luke 18:1-7
(Parable of the Unjust Judge):
1. Jesus puts prayer to a judicial system
 2. At no time doesthis woman address her adversary (she understands the importance of getting averdict rendered in her favor.)
 3. God will grant youvictory “speedily”!

WHERE?

Where is this Courtroom?

Zechariah 3
Zec 3:1 And: he showedme Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satanstanding at his right hand to resist him.

Zec 3:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan;even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brandplucked out of the fire?

Zec 3:3 Now Joshuawas clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.

Zec 3:4 And heanswered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away thefilthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thineiniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

Zec 3:5 And I said,Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon hishead, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.

Zec 3:6 And the angelof the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,

Zec 3:7 Thus saiththe LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep mycharge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, andI will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.

A few things:
* Joshua, the angel of YHVH and Satan – standing on the right to “resist” him.
 * Joshua was clothedwith filthy garments (representing sin = uncleanness..)
 * God “commands” thatthe filthy garments be taken off of him – (as to remove the iniquity = whateve ryour eye hooks into begins to magnify/multiply – Or, simply put, “Doer of yourown thing…”), and that filthy garment gives the enemy right and power over us.
 * If he will go in myways and keep what I have put in your care, then you will be judge over my Temple and have the care of my house, and I will give you the right to come inamong those who are there

 * We call that the “Mobile Court”

What is the “Mobile Court?”
* The Mobile Court is a Courtroom that is in session whenever you need it to be;
 * It’s the Courtroom that is always open and ready when you are.
 * Some say it’s located in the “Second Heaven”, the place where the demonic is always bringing accusations against you.
 * Two sides: The Accusers (demonic side; thieves and deceivers..), and the Sons/Daughters ofGod.

 * The demonic side is ALWAYS there..
* Joshua is standing in the courtroom
 * The enemy was also standing right there next to him
 * (The reason he was able to do so, is because Joshua was clothed in a garment of iniquity (def:whatever you eye hooks into, begins to magnify, or simply put, “Doer of yourown thing…”), and that filthy garment gives the enemy right and power over us.
 * So when Joshua shows up, he provokes the Court to show up, which provokes the enemy to show up.
 * When God looks at you, and your filthy garments – He proclaims, “NEW GARMENT” then we know we have won our case!
 * Job 1:6 – the first time Satan is allowed to present himself, the second time is allowed to bethere…
* Nine (9) different courts (explain later..)

Job
Job 1:6 – Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
Job 2:1 – Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.
Job 3:25 for the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

A few things:
* The first time Satan comes along with them…
* The second time, he’s “presenting” himself – and now has a“right” to stand before God
 * This is the reason in Zechariah; the enemy has the right to “present” himself before the Court.
 * But look at Job1:22 –
* Job 1:22 In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.
 * So why was the enemy “allowed’ to present himself then?
 * Job 3:25 – “Fear” (the opposite of faith), will give the enemy the ability/right to be able to resist you in Heaven’s Court.

What is the Courtroom?

* THE THRONE OF GOD!
His Throne in Scripture:

* Psalm 9:4 For thou hast maintained my right and my cause;thou satest in the throne judging right.

 * Psa_9:7 But theLORD shall endure forever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.

 * Psa_11:4 The LORDis in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, hiseyelids try, the children of men.

 * Pro_20:8 A kingthat sitteth in the throne of judgment scattereth away all evil with his eyes.

 * Isa_9:7 Of theincrease of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne ofDavid, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment andwith justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts willperform this.

 * Mat_5:34 But I sayunto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:

 * Mat_19:28 And Jesussaid unto them, Verily I say unto you, that ye which have followed me, in theregeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye alsoshall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

 * Heb_4:16 Let ustherefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, andfind grace to help in time of need

 * Dan 7:9 I beheldtill the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garmentwas white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne waslike the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

 * Dan 7:10 A fierystream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministeredunto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgmentwas set, and the books were opened.
