Power in the Old Testament


" In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light ." Genesis 1:1/3

Jesus only did what He saw His Father do ♥ 

In Genesis we get to observe God at work, Creating ♥ 
He creates Light, separates Light from darkness, names each Creation 
He creates a vault separating water from water 
and that is just the beginning an intricate tapestry that is deftly woven ...
 It is a fascinating observation of the Father at work ...

Manifested order, aesthetics and a huge network of form and beings are the result of His clear commands ... Genesis is a rare glimpse, a direct observation of His engagement in pure Creativity, one that is a Gift to witness and to learn from ... 
as the Father does, we should do. ♥
